Mô tả công việc - Handle export/import documentation tasks, including issuing HBL or HAWB, A/N, D/O, E-manifest and Debit notes to customers. - Input shipment’s information into the company systems. - Track shipping status and update to customer timely - Address and resolve customer requests and complaints with great care. - Understanding US shipment processes (AMS, FMC, ISF filing) is preferred. - Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory requirements and customer standard operating procedures. - Execute tasks assigned by manager, report results regularly, and maintain good cooperation with overseas agents - Assist management with any special tasks assigned. Yêu cầu chung - College degree or above, with a preference for majors in logistics or international trade - Proficiency in written and spoken English.
